By accessing or using the TokensChain platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

TokensChain provides large language model inference API services, a model marketplace, traffic orchestration, and related technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activities. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: attempting to interfere with service operation, unauthorized system access, distributing malware, and generating illegal or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TokensChain and its logos, software, documentation, and related content belong to TokensChain (Hainan) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. These terms do not grant you any express or implied license to our intellectual property. You retain ownership of original content you generate through the Services, but grant us the necessary license to provide the Services.

6. Payment and Subscription

Some Services require payment. Fees are calculated based on the selected plan and actual usage. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and will notify you in advance.

7. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to ensure high availability of the Services but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from service interruption, data loss, or system failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of TokensChain and its affiliates shall not exceed the total amount you paid for using the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Haikou, Hainan Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified through website announcements or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms were last updated on January 1, 2026.
